TAG Chapter 3 - Appetiser

I'm still doing my best to get this next chapter finished up, but I figured I'd take some time to give all of my patient fans a little something special.

You can preview the first scene from Chapter 3 over on my DeviantArt page while I continue to work. My goal is to have this thing uploaded before bed, which may be around 3 or 4am PST... lol (I'm sorry)

If you don't wish for any spoilers, I suggest waiting until tomorrow to read it. If you don't mind, you can view it here.

    how horrible is your upload speed if it takes that long... did you not save any of the images for the web and they have a stupid big res? o.o

      Oh the rest of the comic isn't finished yet, I'm a bit more than half way done with putting it together right now, but all of the renders are finished.

    Where is it??? You promised it last weekend then you said Wednesday then you said before you go to sleep now it's Saturday what's going on lol ? If you can't make a deadline don't say one lol

    Wow for something that is free, people can really be jerks. Just be happy they are sharing the awesome comic/story with us at all.

    Seriously PLEASE ignore the stupid comments of the few.... and take your time.

    But they do have a point. If you can't make a deadline, don't promise anything. Everyone can understand if you have something more important (family, work etc. ) to do. But if you promise us something you will be stressed out to finish it and we will be angry if we don't get it on time. So next time, take all the time you need and don't promise anything so nobody will be stressed out ;-)

    Love the comic your work is great this is one of the better story lines ihave read.. However I agree with the above posts not to be a jerk but if you can't keep a promise don't make one if it's not ready don't lead us on and promise to post it on one day then promise it another day then promise it before you go to sleep then a whole week goes by and you still haven't posted anything... People are patient and I can't speak for all but we all will understand if your busy and have other things to do just say it will be out ASAP don't put a date and fail to meet all 3 of them

    I'm so sorry guys, I'm posting this from my kindle and I tried to put an update on my da page. My monitor died around 5 am the other night and I've been waiting for a new one to ship from tiger direct.

    I tried different cables and I think the power supply in it died cuz it won't power on. I'm so so so so so sorry. I have a few more slides to touch up when I get the monitor. Ups says I should get it today so I'm hopeful.

    I feel so bad, I'm really sorry! :(

    Hi Kara,

    No need to apologize. You're generating your talent and skill free of charge and giving us all a gift. I think and hope that most of the commenters who are saying you shouldn't have promised are giving advice and not complaining. I'd suggest not giving dates - you don't need to promise us anything. A little check-in to say you're still working on it is enough for most.

      Thank you and I agree, I'll definitely avoid giving deadlines in the future. I just felt so pressured from people asking for deadlines, so I gave what I thought was doable... It's obvious that I neither have any idea how long these things actually take nor the luck with computers... lol.

      I really hate letting people down, especially since I'm new to having people appreciate anything I've made... I guess I just had some delusions of grandeur.

      If you guys are mad, it's nothing to the owner of TGStories.com. I've been putting off a commission story to make this, and I gave her a deadline of this week that I'm now going to have to push back because of my computer issue... I would've had this thing out on time too if it weren't for interruptions. :P
